WHERE DO I ENTER MY MEASUREMENTS FOR CUSTOM ORDERS?
If you are purchasing a customized item, please enter your measurements in the notes section upon checkout. If you missed the notes section, you can also email that information to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number.
CAN I REQUEST OTHER SHIPPING OPTIONS?
We currently offer USPS Priority Mail and First Class Mail. If you would like other shipping options, we can make arrangements for you. All you have to do is contact us at email@example.com and we will customize your shipment.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
For all USA orders: All shipments can be tracked with your USPS label number through the USPS website www.usps.com.
International orders: Your packages can only be tracked until they leave the United States. After they have been processed out of the USA, tracking is no longer available.
IS USPS SAFE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Although USPS does not offer tracking for international orders, this service is very reliable. If you would like other shipping options please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
USA orders: 2-5 business days after your item has been shipped.
International orders: 2-4 weeks after your item has been shipped. Every country has unique customs laws and items can be held temporarily in your country’s customs. This is something we cannot control or prevent, please be patient if your item takes longer than expected.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE DOES NOT ARRIVE?
If your package does not arrive after the above window of time, please contact us at email@example.com.
DO YOU REFUND PURCHASES?
If you would like to return or exchange your item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery confirmation. We accept returns on all of our items unless they are custom orders. Items must be returned in perfect condition, we will not accept returns on damaged or worn items. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
There is a $5 restocking fee for opened and unpackaged tights. This fee does not apply if tights have not been removed from their original packaging.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND FOR A RETURN?
Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days.
WILL YOU GET REPLACEMENT STOCK ON AN ITEM IF YOU HAVE SOLD OUT?

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Some items are made to order or temporarily out of stock, this only applies if specified in the item’s description. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
